- To expand our customer portfolio by adding at least two new clients and broadening our product range.
- To maintain PPM (defective parts per million) below 6,500 on a product basis.
- To reduce scrap rates below 0.95%.
- To provide each production line employee with 22 hours of training annually.
- To reduce return rates below 0.88%.
