MOLD R&D

Plameta offers a wide range of services, with a primary focus on plastic part production through injection molding. In addition, we provide mold design and mold manufacturing services. Our facilities are also equipped with plastic part painting, pad printing, and screen printing units, allowing us to deliver fully finished products according to client specifications.

Injection Molding

We operate a total of 25 injection presses with varying tonnage and shot capacities. Detailed specifications of our machines can be found under the Machine Park section.

Mold Design

Whether you provide technical drawings or sample parts, our team can complete mold designs efficiently and accurately within a short timeframe.

Mold Manufacturing

With a large production area and an advanced machinery park, we are capable of delivering the molds you need in the shortest possible time.

Part Painting, Screen Printing & Pad Printing

Our facilities allow for complete finishing of plastic parts. Using painting, screen printing, or pad printing techniques, we can produce samples or final parts according to your specifications.
